Ever since I was a tiny little girl I’ve been an animal lover. I always grew up with multiple animals, so animals were in my blood.  No matter my age, even as I continued to grow up I  knew that I wanted to work with animals. The go getter I am, I did just that! One of my first jobs was at a pet boarding facility. I was there for about 5 years and it just confirmed that I ALWAYS wanted to work with animals. At that point I decided to get education in professional dog training while continuing to work. Now I am proud to say that I am Certified Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA).

Along with starting Ohana Great Danes of Michigan, I run Pawsitively Pets, LLC.  Pawsitively Pets, LLC is more of a pet care based company. Pawsitively Pets, LLC has been in business since 2016 and we provide private training, mobile pet care, sitting, and nail trimming.

Shortly after I turned 21, I got my first Great Dane, Dawson. Let's just say,  because of him, I’ve been hooked ever since!!! As time continues to fly by, I am now a momma to a total of SIX absolutely beautiful Danes! 2 Males and 4 Females.

How did we choose the name of our breeding program?

Well that is a easy one! Ohana means "FAMILY" and not only has my family been the biggest support to this stage in my life. But, most importantly our dogs are our family FIRST and we treat them as such,  we will always do what’s best for them. Weather we were breeding or not, my Danes are my babies and I keep them in the best state of health, body and mind as possible!
